The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, was established on April 25, 1957. Held in Guangzhou every spring and autumn, it is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, and organized by the China Foreign Trade Centre. As a comprehensive international trade event, it boasts the longest history, highest level, largest scale, most complete variety of products, and the widest distribution of buyers from the most countries and regions. It also achieves the best trading results among all trade fairs in China, earning it the reputation of “China’s No.1 Fair.”
